Our processing line has the following notable advantages:
1. High extraction rate
Using 14-stage hydrocyclones for concentrating, the advanced process designed assures the extraction rate reaching 92%-95%.
2 .Low water consumption
It only use 5-8 tons water for each ton starch, much less than others' line.
3. Large capacity
Single production line can process 25 tons cassava, 25 tons sweet potato, or 35 tons potato per hour, the capacity is matchless in our country.
4. All-closed system
The production system is all closed, all equipment and tanks are closed, inter-connected by pipeline and without open device. This will ensure the good performance and clean environment of the production line.
5. CIP cleaningCIP
