Prefabricated steel plate silo, also known as assembly silo, is a type of steel plate silo that is formed by mechanical rolling and molding into corrugated plates through punching, and then assembled through high-strength bolts using an electric torque wrench. The wall panels of the assembly warehouse are corrugated, and the panels are generally galvanized, with a thickness of 0.8-4.2mm. The thickness of the warehouse wall can reach 8.4mm. Most corrugated wall panels adopt the rolling process, which is produced in batches by mechanical forming production lines. The production line can automatically produce various specifications of corrugated panels. The advantages of the roller pressing method are that the wave shape is formed step by step, internal stress is eliminated, rebound is small, and the quality of the produced plate shape is good. Even thicker steel plates can be formed in sequence on the forming unit assembly line in one go. In addition, the forming unit, along with supporting equipment such as uncoilers, leveling machines, conveyor rollers, and hydraulic fixed length flying shears, can directly process the coil into corrugated steel plate products of the required specifications.
Lipper style
Lip style steel plate silo, also known as spiral steel plate silo, as the name suggests, the silo body is made by a spiral lifting unit of a coil silo. At present, the domestic Lips silo is made by interlocking the coil plate with a spiral coil unit. The coil unit includes: unwinding machine, edge rolling machine, forming machine, triangular pole, and electrical control. There are two main specifications of the roll bin unit: SM30 and SM40. SM30 is suitable for a silo diameter range of 3-8 meters, while SM40 is suitable for a silo diameter range of 6-18 meters.
