A hydrocyclone is a device that utilizes centrifugal force for solid-liquid separation, particle classification, or liquid purification. Its core feature is the use of the fluid's own rotational motion to achieve efficient separation. When the mixed liquid enters the hydrocyclone tangentially, it rotates at high speed. The denser components are thrown towards the wall and discharged downwards, while the lighter components overflow from the center upwards.
It separator utilizes the difference in gravity between water and materials to separate starch from fine fibers, thereby improving the quality of the starch.
