Product Description

Our pampany's starch production line is a complete line, including processes such as cleaning, crushing, extraction, drying, packaging, etc.

Our company's line process raw material to commercial starch. 

The raw material can be Potato / Sweet Potato / Corn / Cassava / Garri / Tapioca, etc. The equipment will be different depending on defferent material.

 

1. High extraction rate 
 The advanced process design assure the extraction rate more than 94%
2. Low water consumption 
It needs 5- 8 tons of water for each ton starch, much less than those traditional equipments which need 15 - 25 tons water.

3. Large in capacity 
The singal largest starch production line can processing potato 70tons per hour ,sweet potato 60 tons per hour, cassava 120 tons per hour, corn 1000 tons per day.

Our processing line has the following notable advantages:

1. High extraction rate 

    Using 14-stage hydrocyclones for concentrating, the advanced process designed assures the extraction rate reaching 92%-95%.

2 .Low water consumption

    It only use 5-8 tons water for each ton starch, much less than others' line.

3. Large capacity

    Single production line can process 25 tons per hour.

4. All-closed system

     The production system is all closed, all equipment and tanks are closed, inter-connected by pipeline and without open device. This will ensure the good performance and clean environment of the production line.

 5. CIP cleaning

      All systems are equipped with CIP-line automatic cleaning system, to have regular comprehensive sterilization cleaning system equipment and piping, the bacteria are difficult to breed, so as to ensure that the products reach the GB superior grade level.

 6. Automatic design

     All the system can be controlled by the auto-control system, easy for operation and greatly decrease intensity of labor. Also it gives more security for the quality of starch.
