Stainless Steel Plate Squeezing Machine
Stainless steel plate and frame filters are made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel. The inner and outer surfaces are sanitary polished. The plates and frames are sealed without dripping or leaking, and the channels are smooth without dead corners, ensuring the effects of filtration, cleaning and sterilization. Medical grade sealing rings can hold a variety of thin and thick filter materials
Cassava Flour Processing Units:
1.Cleaning and Peeling Unit
Cleaning: Fresh cassava roots are sent to the cleaning machine through a conveyor belt to remove impurities such as sediment, stones, and skins.
Peeling: Some processes use mechanical or high-pressure water rinsing and peeling to reduce fiber content.
2.Crushing Unit
Rough crushing: The washed cassava is cut into small pieces by a crusher.
Fine grinding: Add appropriate amount of water, and use a hammer mill or wheel refiner to grind the cassava pieces into slurry.
3.Dehydration Unit
Carrying out mechanical dehydration to reduce subsequent drying energy consumption and improve efficiency.
4.Drying Unit
After the tapioca flour enters the drying room, it is blown away and suspended by the high-speed hot air flow, and the water is efficiently evaporated. The dried cassava flour enters the cyclone separator with the airflow, and the powder and waste gas are separated by centrifugal force. The waste gas is discharged after dust removal in cloth bags. The dried tapioca flour is discharged from the bottom of the cyclone separator and directly packaged.
5.sieving
Remove a small amount of agglomerated particles formed during the drying process through a vibrating screen to ensure uniform particle size.
6.packaging  and storing unit
Packaging: using moisture-proof woven bags or food-grade plastic bags for sealing packaging.
Storing: the warehouse should be cool and dry to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration.
